About Anthony Sayers-O'Neill

Currently in my 6th year as a high school Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. As a coach at UHS, I have coached athletes to new school records in the 1600m (4:30), the 3200m (9:35) and the cross country 5k (15:39). In 2021 and 2022, I took the teams to a back-to-back state appearance for the first time in school history. Now at Lake Nona High School, I’ve coached student-athletes to times of 9:30 in the 3200,4:20 in the 1600, and 1:57 in the 800. I also remotely coach an athlete in Maryland who has run 15:52 in the XC 5k, 9:28 in the 3200, and 4:20 in the 1600. He has also posted a time of 3:55 in the 1500.
