•Plan and organize the overall Dyson V6 and V4 project end to end.•Take responsibility on the overall quality and yield for products assigned and work with functional groups to resolve rejects and scrap.•Take overall responsibility of process flow including generation of Operation Procedures, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and drive to improve Cpk and Ppk.•Conduct cycle time studies to optimize production and Manufacturing process to maximize utilization.•Work closely with Failure Analysis group to identify sources of rejects, and taking corrective actions to address rejects.•Conduct in-depth process capability studies for Productivity and Quality improvement.•Provide guidance and training to the team in order to enhance the effectiveness of trouble shooting and knowledge sharing. •Lead/participate in all continuous improvement projects related to quality.

•Developing and managing Product Specifications, determining Validation Requirements and executing Test Requests for each Engineering Build stage.•Managing the Engineering Build machines allocations and distribution.•Organizing resin allocation of plastic tooling for Engineering Build, following through resin ordering and PO closing.•Reviewing and responsible for signing off Golden Machine sample before Mass Production.•Monitoring weekly issued NPI notes.•Supervise IQC, IPQC and OQC leaders and Inspectors to ensure they carried out their duties as per required.•Educate and contact training for IQC, IPQC and OQC leaders where necessary. •Implement SPC when there is required.
