A. Shaw handles internal and external communications with various stakeholders, including donors, partners, media, and beneficiaries.Shaw plays a multi-fuctional role in the organisation and closely works within these verticals: - Administration- Communications and Outreach- FinanceShaw is passionate about creating and executing impactful campaigns that raise awareness and funds for the Prayatna Foundation's initiatives in Shiksha (education), Shakti (empowerment), and Swasthya (healthcare). Currently, Shaw is also involved in the on-going sub-projects of Shiksha (One for One), skills training for financial stability of "Tiger Widows" of Sunderbans, as well as a parallel project of sustainability in association with the Neora Valley Ecological Society in Kalimpong, West Bengal, where a local women's self-help group (SHG) and NVE Society are dedicatedly involved in making biodegradable plates from Areca palm leaves at the factory to replace the use of plastic and save the natural ecosystem of the mountains. A. Shaw directly manages and coordinates with the volunteers, who actively take part in on-ground as well as off-ground activities in the interest of the foundation. A. Shaw's main responsibility is to act as a bridge between the patrons and beneficiaries of the programmes, ensuring a long-lasting relationship to make a positive social impact.

I was hired by CRY, Kolkata to design their volunteer manuals as well as created a 22 pages book, titled "My Rights My Well Being".

My duties include: collaborating with college events, integrating and promoting Kwikpic as a photo-sharing partner in college events, boosting Kwikpic's brand awareness among college students, communicating with leads for college event sponsorships via call, email, and WhatsApp, streamlining the company's needs and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with the colleges. From maintaining MoU, cracking and executing deals and events, to monitoring dashboards, and emails sum up my days' responsibilities.
