Coordinates the curriculum review process to include gathering, recording and reviewing curriculum proposals and revisions from all colleges on a flexible schedule. Communicate any curriculum proposals with Deans, Chairs and Directors. Serves as a liaison with the Provost’s office for the submission of proposals to the Board of Trustees and Tennessee Higher Education. Develops and provides training to Colleges and units on Curriculog and Acalog for curriculum proposals and catalog changes. Works closely with the Registrar and office staff on curriculum processes and implementation of curriculum changes. Serves on the implementation team of Acalog and Curriculog. Assists students with various academic issues such as retroactive withdrawals, term deletes and grade appeals. Accesses and interprets data gathered through the Office of Institutional Research. Oversees and coordinates initiatives of new programs that support the mission of the university to include internal and external initiatives regarding UofM Global. Assists the Dean of UofM Global and provides support to UofM Global staff with outreach and student services associated with UofM Global.
