Multi-media journalist and educator with more than 20 years of experience writing, editing and reporting on all sports, ranging from Flag football to the Final Four to my coverage of the NBA.My experience has also afforded me an opportunity to mentor dozens of journalists, many of whom have produced content that can be seen in newspapers across the country such as the New York Times, on digital platforms such as Yahoo! Sports, and on broadcast networks ranging from Fox Sports to CBS to NBC as well as ESPN.I have condensed that knowledge into a professorial position at Boston University that includes teaching courses in sports journalism, sports storytelling, smartphone reporting as well as in-depth reporting.
