I was one of the two Customer Service in Jafra México. My job was to provide the Demand requirements of the ROW Markets that I was in charge, in order to Fulfill Coverage on their Actual and Further Sales by carrying out the Analysis of monthly planning and daily communication with each Market. Our Target was to guarantee a Worldwide Service Level at least of 98.50%. Achieving this by analyzing their PO’s + FCST issued by each market and ensuring the correct Shipping modality (Vessel/ Air freight) with the Forwarders to deliver the Finished Product to all intercontinental destinations.

I was one of the three Planners and Customer Service in Colep México. Being in charge of the Clients Portfolio of the company, principally Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, and Reckitt Benckiser. Also I gave support to other accounts like SC Jhonson, Fraiche, Hellen Of Troy, L'Oréal and Avon. My main function was to program the production, load Client Forecast using SAP, and coordinate the arrival of components and delivery of Finish Product to the Clients, as well as managing and interacting with other departments to achieve de production target and client compliance.

In charge of the Production Department, establishing the adequate production planning. Focusing to achieve the fulfillment of the manufacture of glass fiber pieces by the process of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM). Having as mainly clients IRIZAR and DINA. Also I had an active participation within the production area of the company to manage and obtain the certification AS9100C and ISO 9001:2008.

In charge of the Production and Logistics Area. Tracking the release of all Finished Product manufactured in plant, and coordinating the delivery of conforming parts to the Customer through daily shipments. Customer Service to respond to any situation related to the process. And pioneer in the project of Global Composites Manufacturing to achieve an Aeronautical Certification (AS9100C) which would position the company as a certified supplier in the Aerospace Supply Chain Worldwide.
