Mr.A.Sivakumar is a Management Graduate with MPhil research degree in Environmental Management and has a basic Science degree. He got more than 30 years of experience in training, skill development, marketing research, administration, placement, incubation activities & entrepreneurship development, mentor students and budding entrepreneurs. Worked as a Project Coordinator in India’s first Incubation Manager TRECSTEP, promoted by NIT & DST at 1985 (www.trecstep.com) and Easwari Engineering College over a decade in mentoring students and budding entrepreneurs to get funding their ventures from various government schemes. Identifying talent and putting together teams that can master obstacles and can deliver on the vision. Also took a part a guest & presented seminars in various engineering colleges and Anna University of technology, Trichy. Attended a management training program for entrepreneurs with selected budding entrepreneurs at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Also participated in Indian science congress and various seminars, meetings, conferences etc., at IIT Mumbai, IIT Chennai, IIT Kanpur, NIT, BIM, and Andra University etc. Poses the experience in bootstrapping a few companies and initiatives, which proves to be quite valuable while assessing the stage of a company or team, and the potential for them to grow, and evolve business models. Strategic alliances management, working with Eco system partners, understanding their needs and requirements and making relationship successful. Also give career guidance to the students.
