Roles and responsibilities• Static data validation (such as Legal name, Address, Hierarchy and Industry classification) and then reconcile the static data with reference to client’s on-boarding system, Trading downstream systems and credit application tool and merging the synchronizing data into the new Golden Source.• Ensure Consistency of data across all source systems when compared with DB Paragon and DBCAT.• Migration of data form different source systems to DBCAR• To maintain MIS reports and files in compliance with the organizational standards.• Providing Status/Reports to clients, internal management and other stake holders of the project• To monitor the daily status reports and provides daily, weekly and monthly progress• Liaise with clients, and Credit and Compliance team to ensure accounts in the down-stream source systems are adopted and created in an accurate and timely manner with all required documentation.• Research data sources includes, DB Client, AVOX ,DBCAR, CRM Tool, Omgeo, Bankers Almanac, Company register, Business DNA, IDD tool, Company Registrars, Regulators & Company website. • Handling QA for Onboarding process.(Data Cleansing, Data Validation )• Highlighted errors and given feedback to the processor it helps to reduce the errors in Team.• Detailed understanding of data vendors feeds - D&B, Bankers Almanac, AVOX, Omgeo and Bloomberg and all company’s Country Registrar.• Maintained 100% quality in the Process.• Training new joiners on the process and conducting frequent refreshers for senior associates• Working for BAU• Detailed validation for the KYC
