With over 30 years of professional experience I have amassed a significant catalogue of organization development skills and abilities. From modeling agencies to pulp mills, non-profits and corporations I have built programs, designed organizations, developed leaders and reengineered processes. Most significantly I have had the opportunity to create new programs that organizations have always wanted but had not been able to create on their own including a new employee orientation program for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, a music festival and a non-profit membership program. Central to every project is the ability to build and grow the organization's leaders. Whether new or seasoned every leader has room to improve, and I have significant experience in coaching and partnering with new and seasoned leaders to bring about effective change.For non-profits and faith based organizations I am able to bring knowledge and skills to help apply business principles at an appropriate level for the particular type of organization which is often different from a fortune 500 company.
