I am a graduate of the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health with a minor in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. I am currently an aspiring pre-Physician Assistant student. To achieve this goal, I have taken steps to work as a Emergency Department Scribe at the Florida Hospital in Celebration, Medical Assistant at Vitale Institute of Ear, Nose and Throat, and the The Woman's Group Tampa OB/GYN Practice. I have accumulated many hours of direct patient care experience with skills in phlebotomy, vital signs, laboratory specimen collection, first assist in examinations and surgical procedures, and medical records management. Driven by a passion to help others, the medical field caught my eye. In the medical field, having a keen sense of attention is vital as well a true passion to help your patients are keys to providing the best care. I strive to create a comfortable and educational environment for patients to urge them to be proactive about their health. I believe in the importance of preventative care. Armed with both clinical and academic rigor, I believe my motivation and determination to strive towards furthering my education, and health experience will advance my career. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share my passion for helping others.
