Compliance Manager
Current"SoftConstruct" CJSC is an imagination driven global tech company. As a B2C market Compliance Manager my main duties and responsibilities are:• Understand, monitor and review all developments within the regulatory environment of the business, in particular relating to EU markets,• Coordinating regulatory compliance efforts across the business,• Collaborating with the CEO and Management team to ensure compliance in a pragmatic and commercially sensitive manner,• Recognize areas that need improvement and identify vulnerabilities within the business,• Develop and manage risk-based audits and be responsible for the maintenance and update of AML, Responsible Gambling and Operational manuals,• Advising Management Team on impact of regulatory changes and providing risk and impact assessments for compliance approaches.• Leading compliance assessments and external audits, including those for the Gambling Commission, IT Security, and Games Testing,• Produce compliance-based assessments and regulatory reports, professionally presenting them to senior-level management within the business, both internal and external stakeholders, as required,• Be responsible for regular compliance checks for the required websites, check all new releases of content and conduct monthly Websites Reports and Social Media Check Lists,• Providing day-to-day support for the Operations Team in applying AML and Safer Gambling processes,• Coordinating internal compliance training for the team,• Promoting a culture of social responsibility across the company,• Work in areas such as AML, CTF, Gambling License and Legislation, IBIA, Advertising, Data Protection, etc.
