Whether it’s taking on more responsibility or finding ways to run my business better, I’m committed to growing and learning from my mistakes.At 20, I rebuilt a 4bt Cummins diesel engine using YouTube tutorials and installed it in a 1979 Ford Bronco. This experience taught me the value of perseverance when trying something new.2. Actively Serving OthersI try to start every day with the intention to serve. This means meeting people where they are with grace, motivation, and patience. I love helping those around me become the best versions of themselves, working with others to achieve common goals, and connecting with people—whether they’re family, friends, colleagues, or customers.At Slidey, one of my favorite experiences is helping bring a client's vision to life. There's nothing quite like seeing the excitement on their face when they view their new presentation or website for the first time.Our mission is simple: we connect the greatest designers with businesses that aim to make the world better. We also support our team by offering a space where they can grow and showcase their talents.3. Resting to ReenergizeI’m not great at this, but I know it’s important.
