Two years of Social Media Marketing experience from Omnicom Media Group (OMG) where I worked as a Senior Social Media Account Executive from August 2022 to July 2024.UCD graduate with a 2:1 Joint Major BA in English & Film Studies.Previously worked at Apple as a part-time Tier 1 iOS Support Advisor and had been in this position since July 2021. In October 2021 I became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the College Organisation within Apple in soft skills.I have almost a decade of retail and customer service experience, having worked for international brands like Apple, H&M, GAP, Schuh, HMV and Next since 2013. The highest position I have held was from 2018 to 2019 where I worked as a Department Manager for H&M.Previously I studied for, and completed, a FETAC Level 5 Certificate in Sound Production(2014) and a BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Music Production (2016).
