Outage Management:• Ensure high network availability and able to cater to business requirement• Daily follow-up and coordination with OML field maintenance contractors & TowerCo. , Fibre vendors for regionalsites availability• Ensure incidents and outages resolve within SLA by multivendor• Follow-up and Coordination all activity related to severity 1 and 2 incidents in region• RCA and reports validations• Daily analysis of incidents, change request reports• Ensure spares availability• Escalation and follow-up on network quality and performance issues and coordination with OML Ops Networkperformance team• Facilitate acceptance of newly integrated BSS and transmission elements by performing check• Check the feasibility for Non grid site for grid connectivity & grid utilisation for EPC sites• Available on call 24x7 for emergenciesPreventive Management:• Passive and active network element.• Weekly sites visit and PM validation( Power, RAN, Transport ...) and visual inspection of fibre route• Ensure infrastructure security from vandalism activity• Infrastructure acceptance activity• Community/Owner issuesSupport to regional business teams from network perspective

• Responsibility for the Coordination with NOC to ensure the KPI, SLA of network, as well as for the Energy KPI required• Responsibility for the NOC team shifting & Controlling over all.• Responsibility to Investigate and diagnose the source of problems for fail SLA, KPI in the network and propose changes and solutions.• Responsibility for the customer interface for the weekly SLA, KPI discussion and meetings• Responsibility to make presentations, reports, graph for KPI analysis, daily, weekly and as per requirements. And have the overview knowledge in the Network and Telecom market share in Telecom and Passive area, in order to give the consultancy to manger in estimation, dimension, evaluate on the Network trend, cost efficiency, bidding, etc.

Responsibility for Filed team assigned at require cluster, Technical solution. Especially for Strategic Thinking/ Organization/ Method/ Discretion and Confidentiality/ Organization/ Respect of deadlines/ Stress tolerance/ Supervision/ Dynamic and initiative/ Ability to work both in teams and individually.

Responsibility for Power solution in site for all electrical equipment: Transformer, Substation, Generator, Rectifier, Inverter, PAC, Electricity, Battery, Security system, Housekeeping system and Preventive maintenance for Generator, AC/DC system, Power cabinet and Battery cabinet.
