As an Avionics Technician, I have had the opportunity to learn a trade that I never would have thought I’d be able to learn. Over the years, I have honed my technical skills, and I have been lucky enough to work with great people who I genuinely enjoy collaborating with on a day-to-day basis. I have moved twice, having to re-learn a new air frame from the ground up, but this change in pace gave me the confidence to know that I can do anything I put my mind to, as well as the drive to push others to do the same. More recently, I have transitioned from Active Air Force to Active Air Guard on my latest career path as an Education & Training Manager for the Wing. I have spent my time enthusiastically applying the skills I have learned (and continue to learn), while working with the best and most supportive team. I look forward to meeting new people, learning and working in a new environment, and persevering through all the challenges that life will throw at me.
