As a Guidewire Consultant, I leverage my master's degrees in computer science and networks and computer systems security to deliver high-quality solutions for various insurance products, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Portals, and ContactManager. I have been working in this role for over 8 years, and I have gained extensive experience and expertise in Guidewire software development, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.I work under the agile methodology, and I am very much involved in project management activities, such as scope management, time management, requirements evaluation, resource identification, blocker resolution, dependency determination, timeline estimation, task estimation, task assignment, and quality benchmarking. I have successfully completed multiple projects for different clients, CompSource Mutual, Western Reserve Group, Alfa Insurance and Mutual of Enumclaw where I contributed to enhancing the functionality and performance of their Guidewire products. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve business problems and improve customer satisfaction.
