A gist of my career with key achievements is as under :-2015-2020 :- SBU Head Industrial Products at Havells (Industrial Switchgear, Capacitors & LV Motors)Led the motor business ,started in 2008, to a profitable growth path for the first time since its inception by working on both manufacturing and marketing while driving a CAGR of 24%During this period technology transfer agreements were finalised with Hyundai Electric ,Korea for up gradation of product offering in Industrial Switchgear.2004-2015 :- Business Head for Havells Domestic Switchgear Division (MCB/DB/RCCB)Led the business from a 3rd position to the 1st position, both in Market Share and Price Leadership , with a CAGR of over 20% ; making it the most profitable in the industry. Achieved this by strategically focusing on the B2C segment using an ideal marketing mix of innovative products, excellent dealer policies backed by good promotional campaigns to dominate the segment with a share of over 40%. 1996-2004 :-
