With a strong technical design background and a passion for renewable energy, I have successfully managed over 2000 residential solar projects annually as a Team Lead at Exactus Energy. I have built and maintained professional relationships with key stakeholders across the US solar sector, ensuring client protocols, standards, and SLAs were met. I have also mentored and empowered a large team of junior and senior designers, as well as initiated and implemented changes to internal workflows to improve efficiencies. In addition, I have developed reports and tracking methods to monitor project timelines and outcomes. As a certified member of JHSC, I have also contributed to the health and safety of the organization. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from Queen's University, and a diploma in Data Science from Lighthouse Labs. I have acquired skills in Python, SQL, HTML, MS Office, and AutoCAD, as well as machine learning and data analysis.
