• Development of all incident management planning within Royalty and specialist protection to assure alignment with corporate planning• Develop and report on the overall status and effectiveness of Testing and exercising• Oversee policies, legislative and police operations to include strategic planning, economic development and service delivery• Prepare and facilitate Exercise and testing including tabletops, live exercises, workshops incorporating existing methods and innovative concepts• Exercise development within the UK and abroad• Incorporate feedback from SMEs, first responders, emergency managers, and plan users and provide debrief, plan validation and document progress• Build relationships with internal and external agencies including the Royal Household, Foreign and Commonwealth office and military, both Uk and worldwide• Coordinate with other internal lines of business to represent Exercise and testing and incorporate Royalty protection plans into Metropolitan police overall emergency procedures• Facilitate exercise development with all Royalty and Specialist protection departments
