With over Ten years of experience in the manufacturing and water sectors, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing business operations and ensuring peak performance. As a Sr. Emergency & Demand Planning Engineer at NWC, I leverage my expertise in business planning and performance, risk management, data automation, and emergency and crisis management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's processes and programs.Some of my notable accomplishments include pioneering the implementation of standard operating procedures for operations and maintenance, developing and implementing a comprehensive dashboard for O&M activities, spearheading the creation of an innovative methodology for automating supply and demand forecasts, and providing vital support to the team by automating data processes. I also have a strong international background in the manufacturing sector, particularly in Japan, where I played a pivotal role in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases of the ATTM project, collaborated with Japanese partners to standardize records, policies, and procedures for equipment maintenance, and provided strategic direction for the SAP implementation project at ATTM.
