Any loop is incomplete without feedback. A core part of my job is giving constructive and timely feedback eventually contributing to high quality products that do more than just solving problems.I am an experienced Quality Analyst (both Automation and Manual testing) with a demonstrated history of working in the finance domain (technology space). I have a strong experience of working in a dynamic fast paced environment and and leading/mentoring teams to ensure high quality under stringent deadlines. I also have a fine eye for detail which helps me get the big picture, decipher the problem and break it down in chunks to help the team solve them.One of the great opportunities I have had in my current role is to work closely with and mentor talented individuals and build high performing teams. One of our most exciting endeavors was to enable a major secondary PE player in transitioning from a legacy gamut of applications to a custom built futuristic application that was created to automate business processes seamlessly. This came back full circle as few years later we migrated this legacy app to AWS (making the product future-proof).I am good at understanding the technology stack, liaising directly with multiple stakeholders (business and process owners) to identify delivery goals and come up with adequate requirement gaps, risks and test strategies. I have good experience in creating reusable functional and automation tests. Over the past few years I have the opportunity of managing QA delivery for various SAAS applications (like Salesforce and Appian) and integration heavy projects.I love experimenting with techniques/strategies/processes which lead to continuous improvement. I am passionate about technology and people and feel that biggest technical endeavours fail without collaboration.I have an MBA from Institute of Management, Nirma University and a B.Tech in Information Technology.When I am not working, I love going for long runs or bouncing ideas!!
