I am currently an HR Assistant at Amazon.EG, where I am responsible for managing the largest Amazon delivery station in Egypt. My role encompasses data analysis, payroll, labor planning, and daily reporting. Before joining Amazon, I accumulated over four years of experience as an accountant, which provided me with a strong foundation in financial management and analysis. My career took a pivotal turn when I transitioned to the HR field through a startup company specializing in poultry production. This shift allowed me to develop a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of human resources management.I hold a bachelordegree from the Faculty of Commerce at Tanta University. My key skills include data analysis, problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. My background in accounting, coupled with my HR experience, has equipped me with a unique perspective and the ability to effectively address complex challenges in dynamic environments.
