- Texas Media and Analytics is an application-only program part of the Stan Richards School of advertising and public relations at UT Austin- The program builds core competencies in 5 key areas: analytics and optimization, account planning, content planning, communication channel planning, and activation

- Oversee the daily programs, staff relationships, and logistics of the after school program; working onsite for five days a week- Responsible for managing program staff, planning activities, and supervising groups of children by grade; Pre-K through 5th grade- Accountable for staff well-being, performance, job satisfaction, and relationships between a total of eighteen staff members

- Assisted customers with product inquiries and ensured a positive shopping experience- Exceeded sales goals by attending to customers and offering product information - Stayed up to date with new product styles, features, and inventory to assist customers with shoppping experiences

- Created a three-month long media schedule for company LinkedIn account with time scheduled posts and original content- Communicated with local and outside buyers for the sale of potential advertising spots in monthly magazine and weekly newsletter - Interpreted data from company software and collaborated with marketing team to create advertising plans for two newsletters

- Oversaw and maintained core website functions like email monthly newsletter, email e-blasts, radio station news, and blog entries - Upheld monthly marketing and outreach events in the Austin metroplex; responsible for outreach through tabling and digital news- Acquired thirty independent arts partners and vendors for largest sponsored community outreach event of the year
