For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by people, how they view themselves, their aspirations and motivations. As a coach I thrive on enabling others to shift mindsets, uncover their strengths, recognise their potential and navigate their journey forward.I love the privilege of walking alongside someone for a time, providing them with a safe environment based on trust to do some ‘’out loud’’ thinking while helping them explore, challenge and identify where they want to be and what they want to be doing.Having an international background growing up in different countries, I have always enjoyed the variety and diversity of my roles. Driven by a genuine curiosity and strong intuition, I love learning about different backgrounds, cultures, walks of life and different mindsets. I thrive on using those insights creatively to help the individual build a strength-based narrative about ‘’self’’. My career has taken me across a wide range of industries and sectors including wholesale, retail, health, social service, education, the arts and whole host of corporates. Throughout my career in both the UK and Australia, highlights for me have always been the ones focused around people and their growth, development and progression.
