Consultant in the risk area, execution of projects related to internal controls, internal audit and compliance, working in several industries, such as: aeronautics, manufacturing, real estate, clothing, telecommunications, automation, cement and banking.My experiences include:Team management (2-4 people);Reviewing of work papers;Preparation of status and results reports for the management and directors.Reporting and working with international teams (USA, Japan, UK, Switzerland)Also considering the execution of projects related to:· Risk Assessment: both the execution and the creation of a methodology for the general analysis of risks and controls through the perception of senior executives.· Process mapping: identifying gaps by mapping the Company's business processes, drawing recommendations and quick wins to address the mapped gaps, as well as developing workflows and narratives.· Process auditing and controls testing (SOx and Non-SOx, SAP and Oracle): understanding processes, conducting tests (design and effectiveness) of the controls, considering processes such as: accounts payable (P2P), receivable (O2C), treasury, controllership, logistics, inventory, accounting, e-commerce, tax, and so on.· Anti Corruption Assessment: assessment of the exposure to risks / corruption scenarios within the Company based on the middle and senior management’ perception.· Indicators auditing, focused on regulatory risks mitigation.· External and internal compliance, focused on assessing compliance in:o Internal company standards (local adherence to global guidelines)o Regulations and external laws o Contracts with third parties in order to recover the paid amounts (cost recovery)· PMO: Management of activities, deadlines, responsible personnel, follow-up, progress indicators.
