The programme was particularly challenging (consisting of multiple projects), Aaron worked across the programme whilst also working directly and leading a large team development team himself however he always was able to offer coaching where needed and helped many people develop within the programme. Aaron was able to implement change and transformation where many on the project had failed, Aaron is very good at getting people to understand the benefits of adoption without being forceful, Aaron takes the stakeholders on a journey to understand the issues at hand and relate it to the domain they understand, he has a wide variety of analogies and real world examples which helps this. He also has the ability to break down a large issue into smaller pieces and move the issue forward by example.
