I'm an experienced Senior Client Success Manager with a passion for problem-solving and simplifying the complex, my go-to phrase is "How hard can it be?" It's insane how much you can teach yourself when your main objective is figuring out what the root of the issue is and how to most effectively solve it. In my current role as a Senior Client Success Manager at Qnary, I have honed my skills in managing client relationships and implementing effective solutions to increase executive awareness through branding, social media, and SEO strategizing. I work closely with C-Suite executives from various industries, developing strong connections and understanding their unique needs and industries. As a strong believer in cross-department collaboration, I work closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise and take into account all perspectives. I have had the opportunity to work with international clients and colleagues, gaining a global business perspective & insight.I leveraged my growth-based mindset the most as a Community Manager & Marketing Coordinator at NewZip, I built a thriving community centered around creating captivating video tours of the city. By collaborating with local influencers and content creators, along with strategic paid ad campaigns and social media outreach, we were able to acquire new users almost faster than we could keep up. I've additionally used this mindset as an Influencer Manager and as a Brand Ambassador during my time at Middle Tennessee State University. After growing a TikTok page to over 1 Million followers, negotiating brand deals and providing analytics for the campaign was just one of many responsibilities. While working as a Brand Ambassador, we were able to get 3500 users on a new, hyperlocalized website in 3 months and ended up training other college campuses around the country on how to use outside-of-the-box marketing tactics to garnish a new user base. With a data-driven approach, expertise in digital marketing, and a detail-oriented mindset, I bring a unique perspective to every project.
