In my role as an Up-Time Accredited Tier Designer, I actively collaborate with design teams ensuring compliance with Uptime standards.• Meticulously oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with the Saudi National Code, ASHRAE guidelines, and other relevant international standards.• Actively collaborate with site teams, designers, consultants, and clients to ensure a seamless implementation process.• My Supervision spans various disciplines, including block works, architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as passive and active networking solutions.Project:o “PSS-GID datacenter project” Tier IV with a capacity of 4.5 Mw IT load.

With a rental contract to "Etihad Etisalat Mobily" as a Mechanical Consultant, I have been delegated to supervise the implementation on MEP systems in accordance with Uptime Tier III for a new data center project in Riyadh with a capacity of 6.5 MB IT load.

As a member of PMO in Technical Building Planning & Optimization department, I represent the client in the following scope:• Project Manager for the following projects:- “Dammam Technical building”, Guard room upgrading.• Technical support for the following projects:- “Rawda new project”, a datacenter building which consists of three floors (GF – Tier III, 1st and 2nd floors - Tier II) and roof as a technical floor.- “Malaga technical building upgrading”, an existed datacenter which required by the stakeholder to be upgraded from Tier II to Tier III with less budget possible.Reporting to Technical Buildings P&O Director.

Leading the mechanical technical team in the following scope:• Coordinate between subcontractors, site engineers and consultant for technical issues and submittals.• Provide technical support and solve conflicts due to site issues and requirements. • Design review and submitting technical queries for the missing information.• Review and rectify workshop and as-built drawings for mechanical disciplines. • Preparing the required material and equipment submittals for approval.Project:KAFD “King Abdullah Financial District - zone 2, Riyadh.Reporting to MEP Manager.

Leading the mechanical team in Engineering office to perform the following scope of work:• Provide technical supports and solving conflicts due to site issues and requirements.• Ensure that all works in site are according to approved workshop drawings, using the approved material and complying the project specs.• Workshop drawings for mechanical systems and coordinate between MEP systems for buildings facilities and infrastructure networks according to international codes and standards.• Design review and submitting technical queries for the missing information at the start of the project.Projects:- “NEOM Bay Airport upgrading”, A rush project consists of terminal, Fire station, Maintenance, three substations buildings and parking area.- “North Hotels”, A rush project consists of new two luxury hotels (5 and 4 stars), staff accommodation and administration buildings, central laundry, chiller planet, STP, RO and renovation for eighty six chalets and three royal villas.Reporting to Technical Manager.

• Review of technical aspects of the design according to project specifications, international codes, and national regulations.• Addressing cost saving opportunities.• Workshop drawings for mechanical facilities and external networks.Projects:- “MOI Housing Project”, South and East Borders;The project consists of six compounds containing residential, commercial buildings, and STP.- “Halat Ammar Border” (for Al-Fawzani Contracting Co.), The project consists of 37 governmental buildings and external service networks.Reporting to MEP Manager.

• Solving obstructions that can cause stop of work regarding to mechanical systems and coordinate between MEP systems.• Ensure that work of subcontractors comply with standard regulations and specifications.Project: “Holy Haram Hospital – 3rd Expansion of Holy Haram Project”.Reporting to MEP Manager.

• Supervising the installation of mechanical systems and monitoring the site progress for “KAP1” (MOI Deportation Administrations, Civil Defense, Police Units).• Mechanical systems design for the following projects:- “Land-Mark Real Estate Compound”, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems design for 24 residential and commercial buildings.- “Navigation Tower”, Plumbing calculations and detailed design, Ras Al-Zor, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to Project Manager.
