Owned product and marketing design initiatives at the company. Work with key stakeholders, including our CEO to prepare design roadmaps for the company. I have led the design team through multiple redesigns here, and have been instrumental in preparing our design system (WUI).

SemiconSpace is an e-commerce website in the category of electronics parts. Worked with the stakeholders and the development team to identify various user pain-points in the website experience and to help increase user engagement. Assisted the team by conducting various forms of SEO checks and analytics to pin-point various usability issues the portal faced that discouraged or made it harder for a website visitor to convert to a customer. Presented the findings and proposed solutions for the discovered issues. Also worked with the company on some of the issues where usability testing was required.

Worked with the development team at Marketing Streams to roll out 3 android applications. Responsibilities included, analyzing the goals of the company for the mobile apps, creation of user personas, storyboarding, production of wireframes, designing of mockups, creation of prototypes and testing. Worked with the company on each application with successful results.

Worked with the company to design their marketing material, graphics design, and website. Managed the design, copy-write & editing or various marketing campaigns that covered mediums such as print (brochures, booklets, signages) and media ads (radio, theatre, etc).Also worked with the stake holders to construct a UX process for the website design and guided them through it. Also assisted the company with A/B Testing and user feedback generation during the initial cycles of the process.Also assisted the company in the designing of a custom CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics Framework. This was done using the UX process: conducted interviews with the stakeholders to determine their goals, created personas, conducted story-boarding, investigated the framework in use, designed wireframes, used the framework to create test modules, and helped release the CRM company-wide.

Developed multiple micro-sites for leading companies and web portals such as MSN & Accenture. Responsibilities included, creating wireframes based on user requirements document, creation of mockup variations based on approved wireframes, and creating functional front end webpages based on mockups. Was also responsible for the maintenance of the webpages that were developed.
