These include COVID-19 Relief & Recovery, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene), Education, Housing, Health and Food Poverty, amongst others.The World Federation of KSIMC is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the ECOSOC of the United Nations, with a primary role of facilitating the endeavours of its member organisations and regional bodies consisting of 150,000+ community members worldwide, implemented through strategic planning and providing the necessary resources for effective development.The World Federation believes that all human beings are entitled to basic provisions such as food, shelter, sanitation, education and health. WF-AID serves as the philanthropic arm of The World Federation and works to raise awareness about regions that lack basic provisions, especially during occurrences of disasters, international emergencies and crises.In line with the organisation's philosophy to serve humanity, WF-AID strives to build capacity amongst the communities it works with through supporting international development, encouraging sustainable livelihoods and empowering individuals. Commenced my career at The World Federation by embarking on a research internship with the Relief & Economic Empowerment department of the organisation, WF-AID.Primarily focused on a project coordinating with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) on major policy-formulation and public relations initiative, culminating with an international conference.Successfully recruited on a contract basis with the organisation as Project Coordinator following the internship.

We intended that the provision of the legal clinic would be sustainable beyond the completion of our programme, thus ensuring a smooth handover to the various stakeholders involved in the process.
