I prepared and executed any back of the house duties. I specialized in flavor profiles, exploring new techniques using highest quality ingredients from our in house garden (50% vegetables grown in house) and sources from Matthews Farmers Market (Matthews, NC)

I created cooking demonstrations (for culinary equipment sales) and catering preparation and presentation for high end clients. I worked in the 2006 Charlotte Spring Home and Garden Show while demoing equipment for Queen City Appliance. I worked developed, prepared, and executed catering menu and worked a live cooking demo for Viking Range, BOSCH, and Kitchen Aid.

I was hired to implement a software package that helps the flight department schedule and record data. This package uses a CITRIX server environment and internet based data storage.

I facilitated strategic alliances between Seagil and AirChef Catering Company and CharterX – resulting in increased product sales. I also worked with the product engineers to test software to and develop quality Control of software prior to release of modifications and/or enhancements. I also traveled to various clients across the country for new client training, installation, and implementation of our software package. Clients include - BMW, Hendrick Motorsports, Walmart, and Viking Range.
