Windows Servers 2003 - 2008 - 2012 Installs, upgrades, and maintains the Organization Network Information and ensures data accessibility to authorized users only. Ensures that the System is up and running with minimum down time and optimum performance. Solves day to day Network and User problems Manages the Organization Local Area Network and monitors its performance. Manage the purchase process for all IT equipment including: gathering of quotes, negotiating with vendors, and support contracts, etc. Manage backups of Business Application & Servers. Active Directory - Maintaining the Domain Controller & Create Domain Users Manage IT Asset used in the organization. Creating policies, traffic shaping, user management, controlling users for internet access, bandwidth usage Reporting. Manage LAN/WAN networks, Network Planning & Implementation. Manage Telephony System. Administrating of Switches (Cisco 2960, 3560), Wireless devices and Firewall (Cisco ASA, Fort iGATE). Administrating of Exchange server 2010. Administrating of Retail & Inventory Software (Microsoft Retail Management Systems, Microsystem, and ERP). Administrating of HR & payroll Software (MenaMe-Menapay-MenaTrack). Administrating of Exchange server 2010. Manage IT helpdesk System. Maintains, monitors and documents of the Network User lists. Maintains and monitors the Microsoft Exchange server, and implements the email policies. Handles System maintenance and up gradation carefully and cautiously. Manages the Internet Server and connectivity. Monitors the Antivirus System ensuring continuous updates of the Virus Definition Files. Plans the maintenance shutdown of all system and Network equipment on monthly/ad-hoc basis as assigned
