Responsibilities and duties of the job :• Maintain a high level of personal safety, and personnel under direct supervision.• Work on maintenance activities for field instruments as Preventive Maintenance (PM) or Corrective Maintenance (CM) .• Participate in commissioning tasks including loop test, wiring modification, calibration and functional tests for all plant instruments in the petrochemical complex .• Aware of HART 375 and 475 .• Aware of Foundation fieldbus and HART communications protocols .• Testing and calibrating Electro-pneumatic control valve using different tools : HART communicator 475, Fluke, Druk with DCS .• Aware of Honeywell, ABB , YOKOGAWA , SIEMENS and Emerson DCS systems.-TRANSMITTERS and VALVES :• Flow : DP – Anubbar – Electromagnetic –Mass flow meter – Rotameter . • Level: Displacer – DP – bubbler - Ultrasonic-Radar – Floating .• Temperature: (Thermocouple, RTD) .• Pressure .• Vibration transmitters .• Pneumatic( Control valves & ON-OFF) .• Analyzers (PH , Moisture ,Conductivity, Density, O2, TOC and ORP ).• Fisher , Yokogawa , Emerson Rosemount,Flowserve, and Endress+Hauser Manufacturers.• Switches (Thermal Flow-Pressure-level ) .• Rupture Disks (Bursting Disc) and Safety Relief Valve Combination .. Propylene Compressor maintenance .. Utilities section PM and CM (compressors and boilers )• Aware of all instrument & Tube fittings Fabricating and modification .• Be familiar with all major vendors and liaise on technical matters and queries• Ensure that all technical documentation required for maintenance is available or is resourced through vendors.• Monitor equipment performance within your discipline and advice on improvement.• Produce reports as required on discipline issues.

Egypt

• As part of the Maintenance Team, Investigation and Repair of various instrument loops, i.e. Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level through to DCS (fieldbus or HART ) .• Understanding of Instrumentation Diagrams and symbols (P&ID) and process flow diagram .• Completed Hands-on Troubleshooting of equipment.• Carry out critical system (SIS checks) and daily preventative maintenance checks as scheduled.• Working on pneumatic devices like control valves, positioners, on-off valves indicators, regulators and gauges.• Pressure (DP) , flow(Magnetic and Turbine) , level transmitters (DP and Radar ) and temperature measurements(RTD-TC).•Limit switches, pressure switches , flow switches and transducers. • Calibrate and install all type of pneumatic and electronic devices according to schedule. • Analyzers system PH, conductivity and oxygen.• Controllers, PLCs (S7-300) and Omron , DCS : ABB 800F-9.1 and Emerson DeltaV version 12 and relevant automation loops.•Atlas Copco air compressor GA 375-10•C-TEC fire detectors ( IR flame detector, Heat detector, Ionization smoke detector,Optical smoke detector ,VESDA smoke detector).•Panasonic PBX KX-TDE600 communications system maintenance .• Part of team responsible of ISO 9001 (preventive maintenance requirements) , ISO 14001 (Environmental management) and OHSAS 18001 management systems . • Supporting CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).• Responsible of risk analysis system.

Installation and start up of Mansoura plant for food industries product of ( Bühler Group - Switzerland ) .Two production lines ( long goods and short goods ) .Installation of electronic , electrical and mechanical components (PLC,SCADA,VFD,MCC and 3 phase AC asynchronous Motors .
