Led major platform redesign where I spearheaded the transformation of HiFi’s proprietary microfluidic single-cell encapsulation platform, evolving it from an antibody discovery tool into a cutting-edge, robust single-cell RNA sequencing system. This upgrade positioned the platform to compete effectively with leading commercial systems. o Enhanced RNA Sequencing Assays by Overhauling the molecular biology protocols for single-cell RNA sequencing, optimizing cell lysis, reverse transcription, whole transcriptome amplification, and sequencing library generation.
