In my role as a Crew Trainer I would help Managers working with making sure all crew were working and doing their jobs correct as by procedure as well as having to train new crew that would be starting in the service area and experienced crew who wished to work in McCafe.Other duties would include serving customers, dealing with customer complaints, making coffees, serving out food, handling food in McCafe, coming up with new ways to try and motivate crew and letting managers know if any crew that needed more training shifts.I was also chair person of the safety team which met once a month and discussed any procedures or areas that needed improvement around the store.
