My name is Abraham Albertus Cilliers, but I go by Albert Cilliers, and I am an experienced Managing Director with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business growth. I started at Sasol Middelburg in February 2019 as a General Manager and was promoted to Managing Director in February 2020, where I have been successful in managing daily operations, strategic planning, and financial performance.Although I studied Urban and Regional Planning, I never pursued a career in this field. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Financial Risk Management qualification, which will enable me to expand my knowledge and expertise in managing financial risk.In terms of my personal qualities, I am a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I am a fast learner and thrive in challenging environments where I can apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact. I also have experience in public speaking and coaching, having been the Chairman of the Academic Student Accession and the Debate Team Coach during my university years.My ultimate career goal is to be successful and make a significant impact on the organization's success.
