Our website allows users to search for these communities by city, zip code, or state, offering a variety of senior care features such as memory care, assisted living, independent living, and respite care.Key Responsibilities and Achievements: • Transitioned from WordPress to Laravel: Initially developed in WordPress, I led the transition to Laravel for both the frontend and backend. This shift significantly enhanced the website’s performance, scalability, and security. • Full-Stack Development: Managed the complete redevelopment process using Laravel, ensuring a seamless integration of new features and functionalities. This involved creating custom modules, optimizing database interactions with Eloquent ORM, and developing user-friendly interfaces with Blade templating. • Feature Enhancements: Implemented new features to improve user experience and website functionality. These include advanced search filters, interactive community maps, user reviews and ratings, and detailed community profiles. • Performance Optimization: Leveraged Laravel’s caching and queuing systems to boost website speed and handle increased traffic. Implemented load balancing and optimized server configurations for better performance. • Collaboration and Support: Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing, to align website functionalities with business goals. Provided technical support and training to team members to maximize the platform’s potential.My role at Seniors Places has allowed me to combine my technical expertise with a passion for creating a platform that serves a vital community need.
