In my current position, I am responsible for many tasks which link to Finance, tax, HR and communication.For Finance part, I involve all the tasks ranging from - booking invoices- doing the bank transfer both local and international- writing finance procedure manual- creating new process to ease the flow- manage all the closing task to respect the internal norms. - advising local rules to top management.- and advising teammates to their questions.For tax, I work directly with Tax Agency to ensure that all taxes have been declared and paid to General Department of Taxation correctly. Also, I give advice to all teammates who in need of clarification on tax topic.For HR part, I involve the below activities:- making manual for staff benefit- controlling the payroll part with HR Agency- ensure that all the benefits to staff will be communicated clearly and correctly.Additionally, I have to communicate all the important messages to all teammates so that everyone is clear to all procedure and information that we launched.In my previous Job, I worked as Associate, Audit. I have involved the audit process of many company ranging from NGO projects and subsidiary of foreign companies. It has been a chance where I got to know the different types of procedure and management of each companies.All in all, working is like a journey where you get to learn new things in a really tense situation and you only can grow when you pass through those difficulties. Working freely with responsibility is a positive way to grow.
