I'm leading Product & Technology, defining the company's product vision and strategy, and enabling autonomous Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver great products to our customers.

During this period, I led Product and Advanced Analytics projects with a specific focus on business growth. I developed new product use cases and expanded the products to other industries and regions.

In this role, I had the challenge of enabling and supporting the company’s rapid growth in software revenues. I led the Product Management team, implemented a new Customer Success team, and led Advanced Analytics projects. I became part of the senior management team in charge of preparing the company’s international growth strategy.

Led the Product team, working in close collaboration with customers, engineering, and sales to discover and deliver new features. I also led several Advanced Analytics projects to increase the productivity of processing plants and mobile equipment fleets.

Led a software development team of 20 people. Consolidated agile processes, and ensured the delivery of new features and versions, as the company increased its subscription customer base. Built a new Product team, working closely with customers to deliver new value-adding features.

Technical lead for the implementation of data analytics software in the area of Industrial Productivity, combining technological and domain-specific expertise.

Participated as a data analyst and consultant for reliability and maintenance optimization projects, to help industrial customers optimize their operations.

Analyzed industrial equipment data and KPIs, as part of a reliability support service for mining companies.

Provided consulting services to a Mining equipment provider, including Continuous Improvement training, product competitiveness analysis, and Maintenance Strategy analysis.

Led a team of reliability engineers focused on providing analytics-based recommendations to improve the performance of mobile-fleet maintenance contracts.

Worked in the corporate team responsible for optimizing the maintenance strategy for MARC services. I was responsible for optimizing the overhaul strategy for major components of mining fleets.

Participated in academic research projects as part of my Master’s thesis, developing new data analysis methodologies to optimize industrial equipment performance and life-cycle costs.
