This company specializes in government projects, aiming to digitize various industries. I joined them in February 2024 and was placed in a team of 11 working on a project focused on automating and managing a government structure. By the time I joined, the project had already been in development for over six months. Essentially, it’s a large-scale CRM system built with React v18, TypeScript, and Apollo GraphQL for seamless backend integration, which is developed in Python v3.12, Django v5.During my time there, my responsibilities included:- Overseeing the frontend codebase,- Conducting code reviews for other frontend developers,- Interviewing and onboarding new developers to the team,- And, of course, contributing to the development of new features.It’s been a hands-on experience working on a project of this scale and complexity, and I’m proud of the impact I’ve had on the team and the product.
