CPG brands face loads of operational challenges in retail channels from processing POs manually, to chasing down fulfillment updates with their 3PL, to ensuring they comply with their retail partners’ regulations. Most brands resort to offshoring this work or worse, doing the manual data entry work themselves.

Joined at <$1M ARR and left at $100M ARR.PRODUCT: Led product for our Mobile Linking Platform (MLP) group: deep linking, enterprise link management, organic search, web-to-app conversion, email engagement, and QR Codes. Launched new product lines which resulted in 8 figures of incremental ARR. Built the cross-functional launch program to distribute our products across our global salesforce of 200 reps.ENGINEERING: Built the platform that handles billions of deep links and billions of mobile conversion events daily for 75,000+ mobile apps including leading brands like Instacart, Robinhood, and Peet's Coffee. CUSTOMER SUCCESS: I started in customer success where I onboarded and helped manage our first 5 to 7-figure Enterprise accounts.
