• Collaborated with other engineers and stakeholders in the building and maintaining the Admin Dashboard for our Payment Orchestration Platform resulting in the daily resolution of 50+ customer support tickets.
• Reduced signup drop-offs from 40% to 10% and increased user conversion by 20% by developing a custom onboarding experience for the Talk360 Mobile Calling App alongside one other Frontend Engineer.
• Co-ordinated and refined e2e Tests with Cypress leading to a 30% user retention rate, and ensured all payment methods integrations were active and bug-free.
