Develop Wind & Solar Projects in Vietnam with targets of 500 MW.

For this greenfield project, built the team, led the entire cross-functional aspects for Polyethylene project - right from land acquisition, operations to production. Initiated, planned and executed the projects at 22% lesser costs and 18% lesser time. The plant had orders before commissioning. Developed the marketing & sales channels (distributors) with focus on rapidly gaining market share across Yemen. Created product variants of water tanks to cater to various needs of customers.

My team increased the turnover by 65 % within 10 months for the shot blasting machines. India's largest blasting room was designed & made by Synco. Positioned the company as a specialist of custom - built machines.
