Collaborated effectively with 10 vendors to ensure service delivery while planning, designing, and implementing all system installations with vendors and other key stakeholders.Developed process improvement strategies including secure messaging and a cohesive communications strategy to deploy smart devices to caregivers and other critical medical staff. Oversaw the contract and bid process for all information technology projects and implemented a consolidation strategy, saving $3M in network infrastructure costs. Provided quality assurance for all low voltage and IT systems in new construction, ensuring the proper specification to build requirements. Served as an integral part of a $1.5B dollar hospital renovation project, opening two new twelve-story hospital towers and overseeing the go-live process of 90 different applications.

Maintained outdoor networks including point to point site links, reducing internet circuit costs. Led the strategy and design for current and future wireless projects while supporting Vocera and cisco voice installations at 13 hospitals. Implemented BYOD with Cisco's identity services engine utilizing Mobileiron and Airwatch for device management. Conducted numerous RF wireless surveys, analyze the data, and implement process improvement changes.
