SHESP support focuses on independent technical advice and support to improve the use of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for geothermal and heat storage applications.SHESP support provides multiple services with an emphasis on independent technical support for geothermal and heat storage (HTO) ESP systems;- ESP application and design support- Monitoring and optimization of ESP systems- ESP project support from concept to implementation- Preparation and evaluation of ESP tenders- Support for ESP interface with the control system (ESP-Frequency converter-Scada)- ESP training- ESP failure analysis- Supply ESP sub-components- ESP technical review for budget / funding approval

Responsible for the sales activities and technical customer support, reporting to the operations manager.In this role I manage the technical sales activities for the major Oil production customer and the geothermal segment. In this role I am responsible for the district business result.
