As an Internal Communications Specialist my key responsibility is to strengthen Wipak group level internal communication as well as communication on people related topics in social channels. - Develop and execute internal communication strategy and annual plans.- Deliver and develop regular written and visual content for selected channels.- Ensure consistency and accuracy of communication across Wipak group.- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication programs and take actions to improve those.- Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on internal communication initiatives and assistance in internal communication.

Acting as a consultant in TV productions, writing scripts for video series and acting in them as a host/speaker.I have more than 38 000 individual followers on Instagram, and since 2011 I have been one of the most followed equestrian on social media in Finland.
