My role at Optimal Dynamics was to work with our customers from the proof of concept/pilot phase on through implementation and long-tail success. In the logistics visibility space, there may be blockers preventing logistics service providers the ability to provide required in-transit location data to their customers, or meeting the update consistency standards expected. Enter FourKites Partner Hub, a new platform putting the power of GPS onboarding into the hands of Logistics Service Providers who broker freight or manage third-party logistics! My focus is on ensuring internal and external operational excellence alongside the product manager and development team. As the team lead for Partner Hub, I work across all organizations in FourKites (documentation, pre-sales, sales, support, implementation and customer success, product and development, etc) to assist in building a user-focused, easy-to-operate onboarding platform where anyone with a computer can complete a technical integration, regardless of computer savvy skills.
