Rolled out the Assessment tools of HWC (Total-159), VHSND (35), PHC (10), and HSS (60 Households) to collect and analyze data to find the gap between supply and demand towards beneficiaries. 3. Worked on the capacity building of the government stakeholder and act as a catalyst for change for the betterment of health processes (VHSND, JAS, VHSNC, Government Schemes) by working on the roles and responsibilities of ASHA, AWW, ANM, CHO, PRI Members, RMA, MO, BPM, BMO. 4. Organized health companion for creating awareness in 22 villages about the importance of VHSNDs, JAS, VHSNC, and Government schemes among tribal communities and adolescent girls. 5. Participated in 15 block review meetings, 22 sector review meetings, and 12 district-level meetings to set a proper governance mechanism to bring sustainable development. 6. Facilitation of 16 Capacity Building sessions of FLWS, Mitanni trainer, PRI members, and 5 Training sessions on water management and climate change and nutrition of SAMMAMchildren, ANC-PNC women in 3 blocks of Kanker district. 7. Conducted awareness sessions in 42 schools for adolescent health, Mensuration hygiene, anemia, and Cervical and breast cancer.
