Research Design:- - Prime purpose of the research was to identify causes of Absenteeism inWorkers at Grasim Industries Ltd.- Sample Size: out of total 2000+ number of the workers, sample sizes of 90 workers weretaken to collect the data- Hypothesis research was conducted to analyse the relation between productivity of the company and the absenteeism of workers- In continuation to this project, a detailed analysis was conducted on the textile sector, where research was conducted on 5 textile companies of Gujarat based at Surat, Ahmedabad, Jetpur, interacted with more than 200 workers across the textile sector to find the root cause of absenteeism.

- Detailed understanding of all the 3 major production plants of Aditya Birla Grasim [P.S.Y / C.S.Y / S.S.Y] with hands on experience working as a intern at S.S.Y plant- Hands on Experience on end to end manufacturing of Viscose Filament- Hands on Experience in understanding the process of S.S.Y [Spool Spun Yarn] production:- 1) Process of Viscose production 2) Experience handling the the reaction of Viscose and Spin bath maintaining the viscosity of sodium cellulose xanthate 3) Understanding of process of After Treatment including CS2 recovery, drying process of Yarns, conditional processing, twisting process, Denier checking, Packing management 4) Experience managing the looses and maintenance during the production of yarns 5) Understanding of all the 16 types of possible losses during the production of Yarns, worked closely with the production manager 6) Knowledge of 6 steps planned maintenance of the S.S.Y plants
