Azure Research is a 300-person market research agency, the research division of Azure Knowledge Corporation, a 3,000 person data collection firm. • Started and built 3 departments: US Research Operations, Analytics and Sales. • Oversaw three research delivery centers in New Jersey and India (2). • Rebranded Azure. Participation in the Marketing Research Association; new website, slogan, collateral, conference participation, speaking engagements, coverage, sales support, and more. • Spearheaded the largest account in Azure’s history, $1.8M for FY15 for Google, by restructuring and modernizing the way research was executed. • Wrote 4 year business plan to grow Azure’s research business. Presented to management in Mumbai.

Initiated relationships with almost 100 top companies, including Amex, Barnes & Noble, Big Lots, CVS, EMC, GE, IDEXX, MasterCard, Monster, Panera Bread, Pitney Bowes, and Staples.• Advanced ADT’s selling of Analytics, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Transactional Segmentations, Optimization, and Brand Awareness. Created extensive marketing materials which are still used widely.• Significantly guided the company’s use of an outside lead generation agency.

As a member of Evalueserve's US Sales Management team, I oversee a wide array of sales issues while also serving clients.• Executive leadership of research. Managed all aspects of starting, building and operating a 12+ FTE firm including business generation, client relations and services, research, sales, marketing, operations, product development and finance. Created Strategy Reports and Sales Benchmarking Reports by conducting difficult competitive intelligence research and combining it with knowledge and analysis of the IT industry.
