• Started and built 3 departments: US Research Operations, Analytics and Sales.
• Oversaw three research delivery centers in New Jersey and India (2).
• Rebranded Azure. Participation in the Marketing Research Association; new website, slogan, collateral, conference participation, speaking engagements, coverage, sales support, and more.
• Spearheaded the largest account in Azure’s history, $1.8M for FY15 for Google, by restructuring and modernizing the way research was executed.
